Since everyone already has an audience on linkedin, you can create linkedin articles on your respective individual profiles and publish it there.

The articles will go up on our website, linkedin, instagram and medium.

Thats it! The next bit of editing it and creating snippets will be done by me (and prolly with someone else as well)

  1. Chat GPT will spit out the content in a neat format. If you are not happy with the output, you can experiment with different prompts. Once you are happy with the output, you can upload it on your respective google drive folder for your journal

  2. After writing a detailed list of bullet points, open chat GPT and put in your prompt. For example “Write a 1500-word journalistic-style article in the first person point of view using the following pointers; make it slightly humorous” (If you like a favorite author and want to emulate his/her style, you can ask GPT to write in your favorite authors style. For example, write in the style of Ernest Hemingway.”)

  3. Coming up with content is super easy for your articles. You guys are doing the hard work of constantly thinking how to make your program successful. In bullet points, you just need to recount it and enter it into chat gpt. Your bullet points need to be detailed and nuanced. It should also include the emotions you felt during your work journey.

Here are the 3 steps you need to follow

Using chat GPT, I have devised a system where the time to write an article for each team members reduces to 1.5 hours max.

I wish to make the process of writing journal articles as easy as possible for the team. This process will only work if we are consistent.

Why are we writing the journal?

A time based narrative of what we do provides a raw, unfiltered update of the work that each of us are doing at build3. Theres an element of suspense and trepidation that the reader will experience when you put yourself out there and are honest about whats happening with you and your product.

A great example that I recently read that demonstrates this in the outside world is

Over time what develops is a story about your product; the trials and tribulations, the moments of joy and elation when something goes well, the moments of doubts and your way of thinking about solutions for problems. In essence, a representation of you!

When readers get hooked on to a writers problem their solving, they fall into this rabbit hole of content that sucks them in. If they find that the writer is solving problems creatively, conscientiously and through the power of communities, they get convinced of our organisations offerings. Awareness and interest of all our offerings gets built over time.
